Whenever I receive a call on my physical dual SIM card iPhone XS max, it shows that the call is going to my secondary line even if the other party is calling my primary line.
Tried swapping the positions of the 2 sims, clean restore, reset network settings.
Issue is still happening.
Anyone with the HK physical dual sim iPhone XS max having the same issue and knows how to fix it?
I am having exactly the same issue, although My primary sim loses the reception bars but apple support days that is how it is meant to work, 1st Sim get deactivated during secondary sim call but after speaking for a while its goes mute, and sometimes drops.
I have called apple support reset network settings but didn’t help either I have a HK 2 x nano sim dual sim phone using in Australia.
I am in India on my primary is Airtel and secondary is jio.
Same problem calls get muted no voice either way.
Even I tried to switch lines almost same problem.
If I reset network settings the it work for while.
So I switches off my secondary only used for 2 - 3 days.
My secondary sim is off and my plan is on so i am wasting my data plan.
Apple have to do something to resolve this at earliest.
