iTunes movies/TV shows unable to download

I get the above error whenever I try to download a movie or TV show. I tried quitting iTunes and restarting my device. I had an error earlier where I would download a movie and it would end up being not downloaded after a little while, and I had hoped updating my computer would fix this, unfortunately now I can't download the movies at all. I can download music and podcasts, and was able to download the software update briefly before, so I don't think it's a network problem. Using a MacBook Pro, Early 2015. iTunes 12.9.0.164
