Screentime does not block facetime when you somebody calls you on facetime

I have set the Usage limit for facetime for my daughter. But my daughter has found a workaround when she reaches the usage limit. If her friends call her on facetime, she is still able to continue her talk. Is it possible to block an incoming facetime call after downtime or exceeding usage limit?

Have you made sure that FaceTime isn't listed in the Always Allowed?

Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed.

There's an app called OurPact that involves much more setup but it works. It costs 8 dollars a month but all of my children's devices did what it was supposed to do. It also allows to set a downtown for weekends and weeknights separately. I was going to cancel it with this new screen time ability apple has added but you all are right....there's too many loop holes.
