duplicate file name specified

I have made a complete uninstall for iTunes and made a complete install with a new iTunes Library. Upon startup of iTunes, the application starts with a message "A duplicatie file name was specified". No further information or error message is provided.

It is not possible to login on my apple Id. Upon signin, the following message is provided: This action could not be completed. Try again. Subsequnt re-sign in does provide same message.

Upon another computer / installation with separate iTunes Library, signin does work.
