It's the exact same issue as Touchbar doesn't turn on at restart from bootcamp.
I'm disappointed that it hasn't been fixed after more than an year.
Is there any workaround for it?

The article you posted a link to suggests the 2 options below may work. As a test, do they work for you?
Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time. You may need to do this 2-3 times.
Try a SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

You are welcome. A weekly NVRAM/PRAM reset may be required until the bug is fixed.
Thanks for you help. I tried Reset NVRAM/PRAM. It works well for a week but the same issue happens again today. I'll try the other one later.
