XS MAX icon not visible as Iphone in Itunes

I have this issue since the first time I try to sync my XS MAS to my iTunes in my Laptop. The icon doesn't show my Iphone as XS MAX instead as plain icon phone. All my apple devices are appear as they original icon. I already try to uninstall and install it back several times but all solutions didn't work. So someone please help me how to solve it?
