Alarms set in Siri do not show in Clock app

When I set an alarm or timer using Siri it does not appear in the Clock app. The alarms still seem to go off but they do not appear on the lock screen anymore and they do not appear in the Clock app making it frustrating to view their status when I don't want to use Siri(for example if I'm trying to be quiet)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that when you set an alarm with Siri, it doesn't show up in the Clock app.

Have you tried restarting the phone?
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have you tried turning Hey Siri off and back on?
Settings > Siri > Hey Siri.
Turn off.
Restart your device.
Turn Siri back on.
Ask Siri to set an alarm and check the Clock app.
