How do I pull a file from a Time Capsule

I lost some files on my iMac, Processor 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 running OS Mojave 10.14. I can see them in a past Time Capsule backup via Time Machine. Is it possible to just pull these files? I don't want to revert all my files to the past date. Thank you!!

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

If you open Time Machine and navigate to the time you wish to restore then select the files, you should be able to use the Restore button.
