Won't let me order a calendar

Hi, working in 'Photos'. I have been ordering calendars in this program for years. This year I am having the following issue;

1) click 'buy calendar'

2) Window pops up and I have to click the 'ship to' address

3) When I do another window pops up with a 'suggested address'. There is only ONE option and that is to

click 'ignore suggestions'

4) Once I click that, I go to change the quantity (I order 4).

5) Another window pops up and says, Unexpected Error - try your order again later.

I've been trying to 'order again later' for days now.

It seems that the app is up to date so I don't know what the issue is. Please help.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

If you're still able to print your calendar to PDF and have a FedEx Business and Print Center (formally Kinkos) near you you can have them print and bind the calendar.

I have iPhoto 9.6.1 and it will print to PDF the calendars. Have a FedEx center near me so I'll be ordering them from it in a couple of weeks.

Thanks so much for your help Old Toad. Unfortunately I didn't have a FedEx near me. I ended up ordering through Costco. The functionality is not as good as Apple provided, but after all the work I put into the calendar before it was rejected, I just didn't have time to upgrade and get the add-on's. Apple should have set some warning on the calendar page advising that without upgrading and adding on, you can't make the calendar. Then I wouldn't have been so upset.

Costco has my business now.

Thanks Old Toad. Very disappointing when the work was done and then find out. Having a hard time finding another calendar company that had the same options as Mac.

Same question, unable to order the calendar, when given option to buy window pops up asking for shipping address and then I can pick how many copies I want, however, it will not allow me to click the order button. Am forced to cancel and repeat with the same result! Frustrating!!!Apple used to have a great support system but no more! Will probably end up ordering the calendar thru the Costco site! Eva
