rapportd is a daemon that, among other things, facilitates text message forwarding and other Handoff functionality.
If your iMac is connected to the internet through a NAT router, it is inaccessible directly from the internet unless you have enabled port forwarding through your router. Unless you allow rogue devices to connect to your internal network, the firewall is superfluous.

Block.
Goto Settings->Network->Advanced: remove this IP address from the IP list.
click Apply, then click Apply in the first page of Network, close Network.
Log out the mac, log in again.
