I installed macOS MOJAVE on my Mac but there is no app like news and home. Guys please help me

They are only available in the US, UK and Australia at the moment.
Setting the region does not matter. The OS can determine where you are using the device via IP address, Location Services, or just through detecting the WiFi beacon code transmitted by you access point. Is the Mac in the UK, US, or Australia?

Well. I imagine there is no issue with location with Voice Memos and Stocks. I don't know the reason News is only available in certain locations. I assume Apple does.
