iPhone 6 discharging WHILE PLUGGED IN
Since upgrading to iOS 12.1 I have noticed my battery actually draining while my phone is plugged in to charge. I left work, plugged it into the USB port in my truck with a 52% charge and when I got home 35 minutes later, charge was at 41%. I sat down to research this with the phone plugged into a charger, and it dropped to 37%. As I'm typing this, with the "About" screen showing, I'm literally watching it come back UP -- to 44% in about 3 minutes. This is all happening with Safari and Maps (the two usual biggest offenders) shut down. In the time it took to type that, it rebounded to 48%. This happened last night as well, but I restarted the phone and it seemed to arrest the problem. It's one thing when I drop from 100% to 52% over the course of the workday even though the phone is never used for anything. I've come to expect that. But this discharging while charging thing is new since the latest iOS upgrade.
This happens with multiple chargers/cables -- all genuine Apple accessories -- and Settings says my battery health is 90%. Which according to Apple SHOULD be adequate.
