Can't install iCloud for Windows

Before I did the upgrade to Windows 1809 I got an Error that stated a problem with the windows installer package.

I waited for the final release of 1809, did the upgrade and was faced with even more problems. Know I have to fix three regestry keys before the installer actually starts, like desribed here: iCloud for Windows won't install on Windows 10

I also tried everything in here after that:

Cannot install on Windows 10.

But it's still not working.

I've an appointment with the Apple Support tommorow, so they'll call me and try to fix this.

If they can find the issue and I can remember it, I'll share it with you guys.
