iPhone acts odd, crazy, touch screen, random behavior, while charging
Problem:
I have an AUTHENTIC APPLE cord and an AUTHENTIC APPLE wall charger (NO FAKES). I have no issues at all relative to charging. However, about when I attempt to use the iPhone, such as dial a number while it is still charging, the touch screen responds CRAZY, or RANDOM as I try to the digits of the number I wish to call. As I enter the phone number .... random characters appear. When I hit the correction key to try and remove the erroneous characters, it changes nothing and continues this odd behavior. THEN, when I unplug the phone, it reverts back to normal operation. Most of the time, when I plug the phone back in, the problem does NOT return. In other words, this problem seems to be irratic, and intermittent...
In addition, if the phone happens to be in power save mode, and the phone rings, I am unable to answer a call until I unplug my phone.
The issue is extremely annoying... and would appreciate a response from APPLE SUPPORT. Again, I have an AUTHENTIC APPLE cord and an AUTHENTIC APPLE wall charger (NO FAKES).
