Mojave Location Services Not Working

Hello! On my new MacBook Pro 15 2018 Touch Bar, location does not work. I got on this article https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8237318, where people encountered the same problem, but in the end no one helped them :(

What is my problem:

After the computer restarts, the browser, Siri, maps, time zone, weather cannot determine the location and write the error "Can not determine your location." If you go to Settings> Protection and Security> Privacy and uncheck "Enable Geolocation Services" and then immediately put it back - geolocation starts working! Those. after each restart of the computer, it is necessary to remove and check the box in this parameter.

What else is strange, the problem occurs only in my users. In the root, new users, safe mode, everything works normally.

What I have noticed.

When I started the computer, I did a test and it shows me

System Launch Agents:

[Not Loaded] 16 Apple tasks

[Loaded] 185 Apple tasks

[Running] 98 Apple tasks

System Launch Daemons:

[Not Loaded] 35 Apple task

[Loaded] 185 Apple tasks

[Running] 115 Apple tasks

After they turned off, they turned on the geolocation services and now the test shows it.

System Launch Agents:

[Not Loaded] 16 Apple tasks

[Loaded] 165 Apple tasks

[Running] 118 Apple tasks

System Launch Daemons:

[Not Loaded] 36 Apple tasks

[Loaded] 184 Apple tasks

[Running] 115 Apple tasks
