Bluetooth not working properly on windows 10 using bootcamp.

Same issue, I (and a lot of people) have this problem since always and apple won't do anyhting to fix it. I have looked everywhere for solutions and none of them work, and when the do they just keep working for a short period of time (could be days, could be months).

We need apple to do something for this driver problem.

In case anyone have a magic solution I would really appreciate it.

I'm really frustrated with the way windows runs on mac, almost in every aspect there is a problem. I kind of regret buying this computer. Support is really lame and MBP are quite expensive if you compare them with the competition, I don't think they are worth it.

I'm using a MacBook Pro late 2016 with Mojave OS

1. Hello shaynewhite

Your solution worked (kind of) eventhough I have still a few important issues.
If I use the latest Bradcom 802 driver (7.35.118.83 dated 20/04/2018), "Bluetooth collaboration" is no longer on the list of the driver's advanced option and the bluetooth connections are unbearable.
2. If I roll back driver (7.35.118.68 dated 21/11/2016) I do have the option of disabling the bluetooth collabroation BUT (and it's a big but) the wifi connection is incredibly bad (on and off every few seconds and with a download speed of 2 or 3mb when if tested under the driver of point 1 I've got about 60mbps, also did "ping" test on the command prompt with a consistent result)

Could you tell me what drivers are you using?

My network driver is Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter 7.35.118.83 and I'm using the Microsoft Bluetooth Radio 10.0.17763.348 (the one people complain about). No issues here as long as I cold boot. Did you turn off all power management options in the Bluetooth Radio driver?

You do not need to change the WiFi Network.

What is the possibility of installing both Apple BC drivers, enabling Collaboration and Power-off being disabled, and disabling Windows from updating these specific drivers and then testing?

I suggest creating a Windows backup and a System Restore point, before you start experimenting.

I don't have that option with my current broadcom 802.11ac drivers. There was a time when I had that option (with an older broadcom driver) but whenever I deactivated bluetooth collaboration, the side effect was that wi fi connectiviy suffered (unstable connection -on and off- really slow connection and excesive pins).

If I activate bt collaboration or updated the software wifi starts to work properly.

I see you have installed Apple Broadcom built in bluetooth, but If I now install it (I currently have bluetooth radio from Microsoft), I got error code 10.

Disabling bluetooth collaboration allows my mouse to work properly but the WiFi connection starts inmediatelly showing some problems, it feels unresponsive which can be seen in a ping -t test on Command Prompt and the donwload speed drops to about 5-10 Mbps.

Here's my Wifi data, hope it answer your question

Thanks for your answer Loner T.

I have disabled windows from powering off my devices when I first step into problems. I have done everything I read in this forum since 2017 but I never could make my computer work properly in this aspects.

I do have a 2.4GHz WiFi connection, and I don't think that changing that will solve all my problems with this computer since most places have too a 2.4 connection (It could solve it at my place, but not on my workplace for instance)

As for you question, for a while I had my bluetooth working (kind of) disabling bluetooth collaboration, but when I did that my internet connection was impossible (for instance, I have 50mbps connection, and dissabling the collaboration de download speed was of less tan 1mbps, and really unstable it kept connecting and disconnecting).

Is there any possibility I could have my bluetooth and wifi working at the same time?

Yes, of course. I'll try that and I will post here the results.

Though I must say that I've done that before and my wifi never worked properly.

Thanks for your help Loner T! If it wasn't for you and this forum I don't know what would I've done! Is the only place where I've found some answers, I contacted Apple support several times but unfortunately they weren't much help.

Let us see if we can change that! 😉

Most Support folks who manage the support side, will refer you to Microsoft. You will be playing ping-pong between the two sides.
