"Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" Preventing App Downloads & Updates

I am trying to update some apps and download a new one, but everytime I try to do this, I'm met by this prompt:

I am able to view and accept the new Terms & Conditions, however immediately after I press 'Accept', the prompt in the photo just reappears, leaving me stuck in a loop and still unable to download/update anything. I have tried restarting the phone as well as signing in and out, but nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there any fix?

Having the exact same issue here in South Korea as well. Seems like the issue is worldwide and this is freaking annoying and frustrating.

Cancelling on the prompt doesn't even work on my end. NOTHING works.

First they mess up expectations of their keynote address by shifting into some sort of a "media service company" from an innovative software & hardware company and now this?!

The same problem in Belarus.

I was able to update my apps, it just took 3-5 times to press "Agree" for each update. But with downloading new apps it doesnt work. This loop looks endless. I don't have so much patience in me.

I was at the official store and guy from Technical support tried to help me, but the only option which worked was that he signed in with his ID on my iPhone. The download started without problems.

I am sure, that they are working right now to resolve this problem. At least I hope so.

I am experiencing the same issue here in Greece. I was able to update my apps by hitting “Cancel” after the prompt and retrying the update, but I can’t download any new apps or complete any in-app purchases due to the loop.

I tried everything from force restarting and signing in and out both on the phone and on iTunes but nothing works.

It’s really frustrating as I don’t see support even acknowledging the issue or replying to your thread. Let’s all hope they fix it soon...

This is the reply i got from their Support... hope they can fix it soonest possible.

"I understand that you are unable to install the apps even after accepting the updated Terms and Conditions. I have provided the necessary information below.

Upon checking here, it appears that there’s currently an ongoing server issue as indicated related to accepting Terms and Conditions on the iTunes Store.

Rest assured that our Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue, so as for this matter, we strongly suggest that you check the system status page from time to time to check when these issue is already resolved."
