Macbook 15 inch 2017 has the same stage light / Fluxgate problem that the 13 inch model has. Please provide link to Apple repair / replacement program
At this time the Service Program is limited to 13".

Same issue, worst mistake buying a macbook..... they have lost me as a customer in their new macbooks. Not paying $680 to repair the screen. Steve Jobs would not put up with this crap

I started having this problem from last week... When I check with Apple store, their will charge me $1K+ to change the whole display screen..... ridiculous... Really disappointed...

I have the same problem with mine. Really disappointed having spent 3k on a laptop that the quality is so terrible.
Update 1 day after the firsts symptoms : now my screen is totally black, I can't use the macbook.
I went to the Apple store : they ask me 630€ to repair it.
Same problem on my late 2017 Macbook Pro in Russia. My old 2011 Air worked flawlessly for 6 years. Man, oh man.
Why not the 15" model ? can someone please shed light on this ?

they know it’s the same problem. 25000 people have the same problem. They don’t care.
I posted about this and they deleted my post. They said it was not a technical issue and deleted it.
Everyone needs to call Apple tech and demand they offer the same program they offer to the 13 inch laptops. It’s the exact same problem.
