Macbook 15 inch 2017 has the same stage light / Fluxgate problem that the 13 inch model has. Please provide link to Apple repair / replacement program

At this time the Service Program is limited to 13".

however if at any time it is expanded to include your 15", typically Apple will issue a refund for out of pocket expenses for parts & labor... Having a service ticket will be your receipt..."affected by this issue, and you paid to have your display repaired, you can contact Apple about a refund."
In the mean time—
- Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
- Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store.
- Contact Apple Support to arrange mail-in service via the Apple Repair Center.

Come on Apple, recognize ur problem and fix our 15" MBP with the Flexgate crap.
I had to buy a PC this week. Thanks to this issue. 200$ laptop better than my 3,500$ 15 inch fully upgraded mac laptop. I hate you Apple. I’m done with you.

Same issue, I have a MacBook Pro 2017 13”. I have an appointment in about a week... hopefully they repair it. I’m not going to pay $600+ for a computer that costed $1K! That is pathetic!
Be prepared. Mine will be $600. So passed off. Won't have it for 3 weeks

I hear ya. I'm unemployed now except for a little teaching on zoom. No money, can't work without laptop. $600 & 1 month to fix. Never again apple. They suck
