How do I fix this error message on appletv? Internet is fine. Restarted appletv (with unplugging) multiple times. Movie rental simply stopped playing after 1 hour.

I haven't tried that yet, sorry. Maybe when playing something even airplay it still has to authenticate?
Perhaps. I just wish I knew what it was though tis frustrating to no end. Let’s see what support comes back with.

Same thing happening with me every now and then. Netflix, Amazon video, Disney+ seem to be working fine. Good thing I got a year free with my new Apple device.
Yup despite complaining and speaking to the support staffs not much has changed. Service still intermittent!!!

Same issue. Purchased John Wick 3. It plays on my MacBook, but not my Apple TV. I have 2 Apple TVs and the movie stops on both at the same place, about 1:13 into the movie. I get the "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later". I have tried all the suggested efforts.
