App Store update problem

App Store will not allow app updates. Message says discounted price only available to customers had previous version of this item. Click cancel or buy button to continue. Nothing happens when I click either button

Here we are almost a week after the problem occurred. Seriously, apple has some of the smartest Tech nerds in the biz and this simple issue has gone unresolved for almost a week??!?!

Having the same issue. Also, Apple Watch will not update saying the iPhone is not connected to WIFI, when WIFI is clearly working.
