iPhone 11 Pro Max 4G LTE Signal Issue

Having the same issue. I seemed to resolve by a full reset. However since updating to iOS13.2 the issue is back?

What does push mobile operators mean?

Seems it's location based. But I have iPhone 7 and 5S, with the same network, and there is no issue in the same location.

I've also tried switching simcards - the issue was always on iP11Pro.

You can blame this on Apple’s decision to use Intel modems rather than Qualcomm due to their disputes with Qualcomm on intellectual property.

Мне кажется Киевстару глубоко пофигу на то, что у кого-то что-то там не работает.

Intel bad modems. IPhones are no longer a guarantee of good call quality. Therefore, if the connection is critical for you, do not buy iPhones.

It looks like in Ukraine, Kyivstar has managed to nail down the issue, updated its settings, and voila LTE is back.

Как удалось обновить настройки сети? У меня в разделе Настройки-Основные-Об этом устройстве, не появляется поп-ап с обновленными настройками

настройки были сделаны самим оператором. Со стороны телефона никаких настроек не требовалось. Разве что убедиться, что LTE включён.

В Днепре, там где были проблемы в определённых местах, так и остались. Проверил только что.
