purchased new iphone 11. cannot get to mail older than 1 week. the email is there, but the content of the email states "this message has not been downloaded from the server". i can get to the message on my computers. but, i need to get to these emails, full content, on my iphone. please help!

Fix is not working iOS 13.2.3 - still not working. It works for short time then once I move emails to folders it happens again,
Have the most recent update and still having the issue.

This is because you deleted account and recreated. This doesn’t solve the issue, try again moving mails around folders and you will see issue re-appearing
Is Microsoft outlook the same as outlook for iOS?
Need solutions to fix the push Inbox mails .
