I just upgraded to 13.1 and the size of my icons on my iPad got smaller.

You will find a new option under Settings > Display & Brightness - Home Screen Layout, More and Bigger.

Okay, found it. It has been moved to Home Screen and Dock, as explained by lobsterghost above.

The more and bigger options are not there. I followed your instructions: Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Home Screen Layout >and there is nothing below Bold Text. Just empty space.

None of the answers are correct. You are seeing small icons because you have a small tablet. In order to see bigger icons, you need to buy a bigger tablet. Remember rule #1: The bigger, the better. And rule #2: Small tablet, small icons. Medium tablet, medium icons. Big tablet, big icons.

With Apple devices, the more money you spend, the bigger icons you get. That's just how it is with Apple.

@sugarfoot. You are right. The option to use larger icons is not displayed on my new iPad, which I received on April 6, 2020.

Did it move somewhere else within settings? Or is it gone for good? John

I noticed that bug, too. It looks like you can only slide across the Today View from the left-hand side of the screen when the Bigger option is selected 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes, but as much as I appreciate the Today View on my Home Screen, I appreciate the larger size icons more.
