I just upgraded to 13.1 and the size of my icons on my iPad got smaller.

Never mind. The option is a category by itself called “home screen and dock”.

There is no “bigger/smaller” option on 13.2.3 and I personally think the new smaller view sucks. Please stop “improving “ it in ways that makes things worse!

You're not addressing Apple here. Only users participate on this forum. If you don't like the smaller/today view, don't use it. That's why Apple gave you the choice of standard view and today view.

You are correct. In 13.2, it's called Home Screen and Dock and that's where you set the App icon size.

Yes they do. You used to be able to have larger labels under the icons. Now you cannot. Even if you select larger icons you cannot increase the size of the labels. Makes for very hard reading.

I'm sorry, isn't that rather selfish of you to tell Apple to reduce options for everyone else because YOU don't like the option to have more, albeit smaller app icons on an individuals iPad home screen? I like the option. You don't. You have a choice. I have a choice. Choose the option which best meets your need and let other's do the same.

I noticed even though my icons for my apps are back to normal size on my 10.5 inch iPad Pro screens, the labels for the apps are tiny. Is there anyway to make the labels for my apps bigger and to normal size?

I need bigger text for app icon names and not only bolder text for the app icon names because having the bigger text for app icon names will be easier for me to see and bolder text for the app icon names makes it more difficult for me see even though I have 20/20 vision.

I went into Settings, Display and Brightness but there’s nothing called Home Screen Layout. Viewing the clips above, it show that this is located under bold text, but I have nothing under that. Bold text is the last thing on the page. I will restart again but I’m not optimistic.

I do not have the option on my iPad to click on “home screen layout“. The iPad Pro I have does not have that option. I want my icon size back to normal that way it was before I upgraded to the stupid new update!!!! 😡😡🤬🤬

The more and bigger options are not there. I followed your instructions: Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Home Screen Layout >and there is nothing below Bold Text. Just empty space.
