I just upgraded to 13.1 and the size of my icons on my iPad got smaller. Is there any way to change this other than using the zoom feature?

I do not have the settings option of “More” or “Bigger”. There is nothing under Bold Text.
The bold text option maybe under the Accessibility settings.

Yes, I know. I don’t have this. I am chatting with Apple support now and they don’t know what I’m talking about I’ve been on with them about 15 minutes and it’s very frustrating
You are correct. In 13.2, it's called Home Screen and Dock and that's where you set the App icon size.
There is no “bigger/smaller” option on 13.2.3 and I personally think the new smaller view sucks. Please stop “improving “ it in ways that makes things worse!

No, not a bug - but a feature that is documented within the iPad User Guide for iPadOS.
Yes they do. You used to be able to have larger labels under the icons. Now you cannot. Even if you select larger icons you cannot increase the size of the labels. Makes for very hard reading.
