FIX to apple watch NOT starting vehicle (Chevy)

I have called,emailed,left reviews, done about everythign i can about this issue. I first contacted GM about it over a year ago. They have never really taken it serious and have never offered me a solution so I wont pay 14.99 for a half working app. it says apple watch support but it has these issues you all talk about for years now.

Dump the app, its the only way they will fix it.

Did anyone solve this? Sad to see the issue. GM now charges a monthly fee for fob functions.

No, it’s been reported on Apple App Store many times and the developers ask you to email them. Not sure why they can’t figure it out for themselves with as many people reporting it.

I sent an email to the developers earlier. Let's see what they do/say. I mentioned this has been reported by multiple end users. For 14.99/month they should at least deliver a working product.

I have the same problem. The watch can not work independently from the app on the iPhone. It beats the purpose of having the app on the watch...

I'm not part of any group. just got a new Yukon XL Denali a couple weeks ago. I guess the Chevy and GMC apps suffer the same fate...

It doesn’t work, meaning the pin is not saved.

Making the watch app basically useless unless it is used within the time period of entering the PIN into the phone app (couple of hours or less from my experience so far)

Didn't call onstar yet. and there's no email support for the app developer that i can find. once you look for app support it takes you to mygmc.com website FAQ about the app.
