Crackling noise/Feedback on Iphone 11 pro

I do understand it’s almost impossible to test all the manufactured devices and usually only a sample is tested. But, by now I would have expected that Apple would have responded or looked into the issue.

I’m both relieved and annoyed when reading all these posts. Relieved I’m not the only one experiencing this problem but very annoyed because my iPhone 11 is only a month old. Surely there must be a solution,we can’t have paid so much on a phone to experience this problem.

i have the iphone 11 and my wife has a 11 pro max. Recently we have noticed that there is crackling or static radio sound from the back panel where the motherboard is placed. the sound is feeble and can be heard when the phone is close to your ears in a quiet environment. The sound gets triggered as soon as you open an app or safari and when the phone is connected to the internet on wifi or LTE. disappointed that these expensive phones have these issues. Apple are you hearing out customer shouts about this crackling issues ?

The problem’s occurrence was in a form of sharp noise sound that pops at the very edge of the iPhone’s earpiece. Although it was not totally disruptive during the phone call, it sounds a bit disturbing and annoying. I've got my iPhone from Sefsky

Hi Marion, I am using an Iphone 11Max pro and have been using it for just over 2 months. I am experiencing the same issue where in between a call, i can here like a crackling noise and the person on the other end of the call can hardly hear me.

I just don't know what to do cause it is quite frustrating.

Any suggestions.

YES! My iPhone 11 Pro Max is one month old, and just in the last week or so s I have experienced the crackling noise. I read through every message here and tried every solution, but none worked. I agree with everyone that Apple had better fix this!

Bought my iphone 11just yesterday. I experienced this too when I played music and the volume is in full. Noticed this as well when my sister called me. Hope this gets fixed with an update. A phone with a price like this shouldn’t have problems like this. :(

Just got the new IPhone 11 Pro Max, and as soon as I played a video at about 40% sound I noticed this static/crackling sound. I can’t play music as that’s all I hear, videos same. Received a few phone calls this morning, via WhatsApp and regular, same issue. I’m incredibly disappointed as this seems to be an ongoing problem that Apple isn’t addressing. Rather just return it, since it’s a piece of hot garbage and it’s driving me crazy. Too expensive to have this problem.

I have a brand new iPhone 11. The first phone call I made I could barely hear the person I was talking too, even with the volume turned all the way up. Now there is a crackling sound coming thru the top speaker when I play downloaded music. It sounds like the speaker is blown. Is this a chronic issue with the new iPhone 11s?

I wish my problem was that simple. :(

I have no plastic on the phone, temp or otherwise and never use a case.

For me, it seems to be more of a problem on phone calls on my second sim (physical sim) rather than on my e-sim line.

Mine does this when I get a text every now, and then. I’ve had the phone for a week, and it has done it about 6 times. It could be explained as a sizzling sound too. I have not dropped it or, gotten it wet. Wondering if I should return it

Getting close to 400 people with this problem on this post alone and Apple says nothing. Is anyone a lawyer that would know if we have an option of a class action for a faulty product or anything like that? This is ridiculous.

I noticed it from way back when I bought the iPhone 11 from the US and always thought that this was caused by dust and debris. Up until one day, I was in a car with my friends and decided to play a song on my phone because it was the newest and most expensive one between all of them. The speakers (front and main) were so terrible because of the crackling noise to a point were we could barely hear the song. I felt ASHAMED of having the phone with the highest price tag and the most powerful speaker present but still end up with sound that is worse than a 5$ Chinese speaker!!!

And what’s really frustrating is that till now, Apple hasn’t officially addressed the issue even though 400 people (only in this discussion) are experiencing this problem and

that a considerable number of people went to the Apple stores and notified Apple employees about it!!

You need to be careful what you say. Apple don’t seem to like the truth being posted they have removed every single post I have made apparently because the truth is only “speculation” to them. They can remove all they like the number of people who have the same issue is enough. Watch them ignore it though.

same I have iPhone XR and every time I call my friend or anyone the phone makes static noise interference I’ve been to 2 different Apple stores they ran bogus diagnostic tool which they said it’s not hardware I’m so disappointed.

please people give a bad feedback to Apple.
