mac wont wake from sleep after Catalina upgrade
Upgraded to Catalina several hours ago. iMac has gone to "sleep" 4 times and each time failed to "wake". Had to do "hard reboot". Anyone else?

Same here. After update to Catalina my Mac will not wake from sleep following inactivity or forced sleep. Ran first aid with no problems detected, and energy saver settings are set to default. Not good.
MB Pro Retina Early 2013.
See my post above with sudo command! It worked with mine IMac late 2013
i have new mac and new monitor, but does not wake up from sleep wit catalina
J5create now has a new driver for Catalina OS...everything works properly
It depends which mac you have, apple have updated kernels only on old versions, I had sleep problems even with native blade apple SSD, 512GB for imac Late 2013, and sudo command helped
Good work, thanks. :)
Hi GeorgePad,
Thanks for the reminder, I've set it altogether, and It works fine for the past day. (I let my laptop long sleeps and no panic while wakening)

Hey, did you find out which one(s) of the mentioned files is(are) broken? And is this problem specific to 2019 - 16" MacBook Pro? Thanks for your reading.

It was an hardware issue on the motherboard. My tech guy repaired it to me, the problem is gone.
Thanks & good luck! :)

GeorgePod -- thanks for the reply. I'll check it out.
Apple Support's latest suggestion is to set a shutdown schedule (basically, shutting down every day).
