Just updated to Catalina with my iMac Pro 2017 & the dock has disappeared this morning. It was here last night after the update but nothing today.
It won't show again - anybody experiencing this too ?
Changing the dock settings in System settings did not work for me, but following sure did:
To prevent the Dock from hiding, open Terminal and execute the following command:
defaults write com.apple.dock autohide -bool false; killall Dock
autohide -bool false turns off the autohide. killall Dock kills the current Dock process. It will then automatically restart with the autohide setting off.

No, it is NOT BETA, it is Version 10.15, rolled out to 'the public' as a regular upgrade! I am a developer, so yes, I do understand what BETA is. This is not!
Oh shoot, you are right, my bad! I have been dealing with a number of bugs that seems pretty silly to be dealing with for a public release. That is wired and upsetting indeed.

dock has disappeared after OS X Catalina
The dock has disappeared on my MacBook Pro with the new installation of Catalina.
Apple needs to fix this bug.
