Hi, in my case, the problem in NOT fixed.

Apple is too slow to find a solution to a simple problem.

This make me think that is not doing the right things!!!

I'm also having the same issue and it's very upsetting that you have to manually uncheck and check the On box for every track played.

I too am having the same issues with the equalizer. It only engages after a song starts after I make an adjustment on the equalizer then it kicks in. Really frustrating.

Equalizer problem persists with the 10.15.1 update.

Come on Apple Engineers! How can you deserve your salaries if you can't even handle a specific and minor tweak like this?

Thanks for the suggestion for Boom-3D. I have that app and forgot about it. I'll use that until Apple gets off the can to fix their equalizer.

I have been having the same problem. As if the update I did on 11/4/19, it still has not been fixed.

A month since the last update, and from that moment, the equalizer does not work. It's a shame, Apple!!!!!!!

It's 11/7 and I still have this very same issue--it's very very annoying especially if you are a paying Apple Music customer. Apple--this is not premium service until you fix this issue.

Apple should not charge us for the subscription to Music until it has solved this problem
