Hi, either when i call some one or some one call me when i am using spekear if it not iphone the other person hear there self, if bith person have iphone 11 which is my case both hear themself with the echo... How to fix???

At first I thought it was the case because it had no holes at the bottom, so it was covering the speaker and mic, but even without it there would be an echo. So I took my phone during the week of purchase to T-Mobile and the manager was not helpful at all. He kept telling me it’s normal, it happens sometimes, it’s a network problem, the phone is not defective. But he told me my only options were to send it to Apple or Get a different one with my insurance. He didn’t even try to help, nor touched my phone at all!
The closest Apple store to my town is 2 hrs away, so I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy instead. They checked my phone and even though I saw the screen showed “issues found” they said the phone was working properly, but they could send it out to Apple to have it checked and it would take about a week. I work from my phone, so I can’t afford to be without it for a week. It was very frustrating because until this day, there is no solution to this problem online.
I finally visited an Apple Store and thank God the associate knew what he was doing! He took my phone for a few minutes, came back and told me there were no problems with the device, but he had me reset my network settings. IT FIXED THE ISSUE! I can’t believe it was that simple and no one could help me before. I almost purchased a new phone.
It has been months since that day and just a few days ago the echo came back, but it went away by resetting the network settings again.
Before you waste more money on another phone or your time waiting for them to fix your phone, TRY RESETTING YOUR NETWORK SETTINGS.
General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Use earbuds. It is the ONLY way I can void it.
Following because I have had the same problem. Wish they would address this. Can’t find anything about it online.
I got a new case and that helped. But occasionally info cove the holes or have hand in the wrong place or an object by speakers it happens too. I took it into Apple but they said everything is working fine with the phone. Definitely a design flaw. Frustrating because I use speaker phone a lot.
My wife and I both just got new iphone 11's. The callers voice comes back to them if I have them on speaker. I doesn't do this if I use it to my ear or if on blue tooth in the car. Only when I am using speaker. We've tried several trouble shooting ideas to solve. I even thought is was an Otterbox issue but no. It's the iphone. Lowering the volume sometimes helps
I hope Apple comes up with a fix.
I understand that the iPhone 11 has stereo speakers and a sensitive mic. I can understand a reverberation occurring when on speaker the mic is picking up the conversation and somehow it’s repeating my words back. I think maybe by turning down the speaker it may correct the sensitive mics reception and reduce the echo.
Try going to this thread (below). There are a lot of posts and I believe it is still an open case. Clearly this is a BIG issue! I think I was one of the original posters on this thread. It was mostly solved with changing my case but there are still sometimes when the ECHO happens.

If the update didn't fix your echo, make an appointment with your local Genius Bar to have your phone examined as there may be a hardware issue with your phone.
How is this still an issue. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, my daughter, wife, and mother have iPhone 11's and we all have this issue. It is unusable on speaker phone calls. It also happens to any coworkers and friends that have an iPhone 11. It is software, and is effecting everyone I know.
Using FaceTime audio does fix it, but that uses data, and does not help with android users.

Thanks for posting this, first report I've seen that this behavior is recurring on the 11 Pro's as well as the 11's. If you haven't already, please go back through this very long thread (started Oct 2019). While I know of no blanket solutions, some folks have found workarounds, such as resetting Network settings, quitting all other apps besides Phone, holding the phone upright with speakers pointed skyward, and other steps. If you have any success, please help the rest of us and post it here. - TX
I had the same problem but when I took the lock sound and turned it off the echo went away. You need to go in settings and select sounds and turn off lock sound and if it is already off then turn it on and off.
Interesting suggestion, and thank you. However, I happened to switch from AT&T to Sprectrum last month and I still have the problem. The only thing that helps is making sure the bottom speakers are not covered. I will leave the phone on my desk when using the speaker while working. And I will even turn the phone upside down so the speakers are pointing up when I rest it on my lap while using the speaker. Best solution is to use bluetooth instead of speaker. But I do not like to have it in my ear for hours each day (work related).
Also, my friend and his wife both purchased an iPhone 11 a couple of months ago, and they do not have this problem. He even keeps his phone in an OtterBox case. The speakers are completely covered and it sounds great.
No way to handle this so far. You can try turn on/off flight mode. I notice that when you disconnect from cellular network it helps for a while- sometimes for few next calls sometimes for just one.

If you still have the issue after updating to the latest version of iOS, take your phone in to be examined.
