The echo on speaker issue happens when I connect to my car on blue tooth.
It happens in or out of the case.
It happens if I turn down the speaker.
It happens if I turn the speaker phone off and on again
I rolled back to a previous IOS and wiped the data.
it happens no matter who I call.
it disrupts the responses I hear from the caller.
This isn’t a design flaw. It’s a safety hazard!
I took the phone in for diagnostics. They said it’s fine.
When I pointed out the echo after a proof-of-issue call they said it was because I was inside the store! 🤣
i called the support line, and they told me to call back on a different phone because they could not understand what I was saying due to the echo.
I have the syslogs.
I have case numbers.
I am not exaggerating. I have the data to prove it’s an issue.
I bought a phone, that does not work like a phone.
I will try again with a completely different “genius” on Saturday.
I will be sure to point out that in the event of an emergency, the speakerphone feature is used to communicate with tactical teams and emergency personnel.
Even if they give me a new phone, the moment I update the IOS to comply with security protocols, my ship is sunk again.
My iPhone is so secure, I can’t even use it! Lol!
