Yellow/blue streaks pictures

Is there a way to directly express this issue for Apple to see it? Hopefully they read this thread or at least take it into consideration for the next software update. Because I never had this issue when I used my phone on iOS 12. Plus, if taken on a live photo, all the frame are fine except the very last frame when the live photo finishes.

Just found this thread. Same issue! First they replaced the camera. Still stripes. Went in again last week and they replaced the phone. Stripes happened again! I have an XR.

They say they’ve never seen it, but the same has happened to my husbands XR also.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and the lines just started showing up a week ago. I'm assuming that it's just a software issue, as the camera was just fine until one of the latest updates. Does anyone know when/if there will be a fix in the next update? I use my camera for business, as the iPhone cameras are great!! I've also tried turning the HDR off in both the camera settings and in the camera itself and nothing changes. Let's hope that Apple has a fix in the next update. We also have an iPad Air and that also now has the yellow/blue lines in the photo, which you can also see on the screen before you even take the picture. To me, it's obviously a software issue because it's affecting even the older model products. Apple, please help us!!

Same here. A lot of my pictures have those yellow/blue lines. It’s so annoying...Apple really need to fix this NOW. I have this problem since I update to iOS 13 BETA and is so weird that they hadn’t fix it after 5 months. 5 months is a lot and the worst is whenever I go to the Apple store and tell them the problem, they say I have to wait for the “next update” IOS 13.3 is out and the problem is not solved. I am really wondering how long do we have to wait...one year or would they even fixed? I am so disappointed with this.

We are having the exact same issue with both our XRs. Been onto phone help, went through the whole, restart, update, reinstall routine. We’ve been to the ‘Genius’ Bar today. One of the phones they won’t even entertain looking at as there’s a scratch on the camera and say that could’ve caused the fault(!) even though we had another phone with the same issue and no scratch. So frustrating that they won’t accept it’s a known error. Has anyone tried requesting a refund successfully?

Same on my XR phone, checking through my photos this has only happened since iOS 13.

Apple need to acknowledge and fix ASAP.

Reinstalling software Will not fix it..

i have tried it 5 times I work in an IT dept..

it is software iOS, tried a new XR it’s the same issue..

Those photos were taken on IOS13!

I’ve been testing since the update and haven’t had any issues! It’s been nice, I actually turned off the save normal photo feature because I’m starting to trust my phone again.

Don't worry, if you have activated smart hdr it doesn't tick in the camera app!

Oh, that makes sense. Yeah I turned it off in settings and it was back in the camera app. either way I'm stripe-free. Knock on wood!! I'll post if they show up.

Doesnt look good. My phone has been fixed since the last update. Havent had an issue since.

i too expiercend the same i observed this in 13.1.2, did a lot of restoration through a apple tech support team help but nothing worked, hence i thought of taking it to a near by service center, next morning when i was out of my bed i had a update notification for13.1.3, thinking that this update would resolve the camera issue i had to update but i had to know apple again failed for $800 phone which didnt closse to a $100 phone here are my sample shots.

now my device is in the apple service center for this issue i awaiting a reply from them,
