I have an iPhone 11 pro running iOS 13.1.3. For months, my phone does not ring or vibrate when someone calls or video calls me from WhatsApp. I went into my settings, and everything is ON! This is extremely annoying to keep missing people’s calls. I do tend to keep my ringer off, and I do not use DND.

I have a similar problem running 12.4.1on an iPhone 7. But in my case, WhatsApp voice calls will ring as expected (including when the phone is locked/screen off). Video calls simply will not ring unless I have WhatsApp open and active.
I am sure that this DID work not too long ago, as I use video calls regularly, so I wonder if it's a bug in a recent WhatsApp update?
As shown from the attached photos, my notifications in the app are all ON. They are also turned ON through the phone settings. So all notifications are on.
Same issue i have with my iphone 11. This is frustrating really, I just got this phone. Is there a solution to this yet?
Iphone settings > notification for whats app, i turned alert style banners on 3 of them and it worked . Try it
I made a change in my settings and now I can see who is calling me on WhatsApp video and I can also take the call. In iPhone settings >WhatsApp >Notifications > Show Preview > Always
Set up your options to always show previews! It hasn’t been working for me until I changed it!

Same problem here. Phone do not vibrate when I receive a call. If The ring is on, I does ring but I never have it on. All notifications are ON.
I had experienced the same issue. But as soon as i toggled on all alerts in the notifications of WhatsApp, it worked like a wonder :)
