Stutter issue (please pay attention to this issue)

Hi Guys

I don't know why Apple doesn't fix stutter issue in iPhone XS/XS Max and even Pro/Pro Max. Scrolling and animation stutter happens in all of new iPhones. It's in whole of UI like opening or closing apps animation or scrolling in lots of apps. it's intermittent issue and happens rarely, but it's very annoying me. I saw lots of videos about iOS updates in YouTube and it's good to know I could see stutter in YouTubers's iPhones too.

for some users, maybe It's hard to see stutter, because it happens rarely. but to those who can not see the stutter, please go to Setting> Privacy> Analytics & Improvement> Analytics Data and then open

a error file that has lot's of text and you can scroll it (like

JetsamEvent). for the first time, scroll the page and you see the

scrolling stutter. remember that this scrolling stutter just happen for

the first time of scrolling which got a little better as scrolled back.

I don't mean stutter just happens in Analytics Data files. It happens whole of UI, but in those file you can easily see this issue on XS/XS Max and Pro/Pro Max. I checked my iPhone 7 and even iPhone 5. they are still smooth.

Well, i have some sad news, but some happy news too!

Just went to the Apple Store, and showed this and other forums related to the Stutter problem on iPhone Xs Max, and the true is that THEY DONT CARE about it, and THEY DONT CHECK THIS THING, people here complain about lots of problem, waiting on a solution from Apple, and the truth is APPLE WILL NEVER FIX ANYTHING in iOS based in this forum

I've recorded some screens of the stutter happening, showed in the Apple Repair Center, they did LOTS of tests, did these tests about 5 times, its really annoying, but i did, and the system didnt noticed ANYTHING wrong, but the problem was there...

They've called some kind os "Specialist" in Apple products, which told me it was my 4G "data" was slow and thats was the cause of my problem. LOL

Then, they called another guy, which was very smart and a bit "nerd", we've tested some apps and he saw that my phone was with this problem, then, fastly he got a new one, and gave me to try....the new one is working perfectly, there's no stutter anymore!

I Would like to encourage you guys, go and solve your problem, this thing here wont help, Apple doesnt fix anything based in these infos here

Thanks for your help and friendship here!

We'll always be a family, the Stutter family! lol :D

I think this is a perception and there is no measure for this nor it can be demonstrated. As you clearly said " "it happens rarely" indicates it is an issue with the iPhone you have.

I am not sure how you have handled your iPhone and what is the battery condition and even the storage level of the iPhone in question.

If I were you. I would backup my iPhone on iCloud and restore it from there. Then chill out!

thank you for your respond, but this issue is widespread. I checked all of Apple Store's iPhones, but unfortunately all of them have scrolling stutter and even animation stutter. I checked my brother's iPhone 11 Pro Max and it's stutter too. restoring iOS and set up as a new phone can not fix it. please go Analytics Data files then you can see it too.

I just noticed the stutter scrolling issue with the update 13.2.1 and now still with 13.2.2. I first noticed it in Mail. Not only was it stuttering instead of smooth scrolling but I can no longer swipe to delete a message. I have to keep restarting mail and then it will scroll smoothly and I am able to delete by swiping temporarily but then the issue comes back. I noticed it tonight on Instagram as well. WTH?!. This is annoying as F#%*

When I bought the mobile, the IOS 12.1 was on it.From than I updated normally, but ther's nothing changed.I trued the dfu mod, download ot from iTunes, but that also doesn't worked,I restarted it,that also doesn't helpped.Made a new account, restarted the phone totally.Apple knows about themistake, but they're not doing nothing, because some of the people not report them.I think this is a hardware problem....

right. really annoying. still no fix. you can find lot's of pages about stuttering in many forums.

Warrennn, macrumors member, told us "During a routine call to Apple for help with the Music app, I mentioned bugs in Apple products which don't seem to be addressed by Apple, perhaps due to the relatively small number of complainers. I mentioned the animation stutter and the lady on the other end replied enthusiastically that she agreed with me and was very annoyed by the stutter in phones with the A12 and A13 chips. I was pleased that she took notice, though I am afraid that it is unlikely that Apple will do anything about it."

I don't know why other users do not join us. it's widespread issue!
