the phone call feature does not work when you connect the iPhone 11 pro max to the Harley Davidson system through original iPhone cable. All other features work including music, maps, WhatsApp, text etc. Only audio calls do not work with the wireless Bluetooth Sena headset.
Older phone models with iOS13 work just fine.
iPhone 11 Pro Max
Go to H-D.com and find the owners tab. You need to update the radio firmware. Download to your computer then to a thumb drive. Plug into your usb jack on your bike and turn your bike to accessory and follow the on screen instructions.
Type in update H-D firmware on uTube for easy to follow videos. Now my iPhone 11 Pro works perfectly again.
Tried iOS 13.4. UGH! Still no Phone voice though Boombox headset with Iphone 11 via carplay. Oddly enough that can hear touch tones while dialing over headset but no voice. Weird!
What headset are you using?
I have the HD 20s Evo headset with the Whim.
I think it’s a Apple & Harley issue. They gotta sort this out. We spent enough to get the benefit of carplay, to not get it

How did you download the file? I keep getting the “File not found” error!
Nice, I just tried to download it for my non-CVO and it says, "File not found." Just great. This usually happens when they release a version and there is an issue with it so they remove it.
I get the same thing, they either removed it or screwed up the link to it.

Got it and it is the fix for this Iphone 11 issue. Loaded and worked great. Think it fixed other issues as well.

Did you just copy the iso file to the usb and attach it to the usb port in the bike ? Did it recognize and update? Or did you do something else?
