the phone call feature does not work when you connect the iPhone 11 pro max to the Harley Davidson system through original iPhone cable. All other features work including music, maps, WhatsApp, text etc. Only audio calls do not work with the wireless Bluetooth Sena headset.
Older phone models with iOS13 work just fine.

Go to H-D.com and find the owners tab. You need to update the radio firmware. Download to your computer then to a thumb drive. Plug into your usb jack on your bike and turn your bike to accessory and follow the on screen instructions.
Type in update H-D firmware on uTube for easy to follow videos. Now my iPhone 11 Pro works perfectly again.
I have complained to Apple several times and Harley Davidson as well its just going nowhere. I have had the problem for 7 months now and not only is there no fix they wont even give an ETA on one. I have no idea what there doing very disappointed in Apple, Harley is releasing Android Auto this year from the Boom Box GTS if this isn't fix soon I may toss my iPhone 11 in the trash and get a Samsung.
Lucky you. it says 'file not found'. to confirm you are connecting an iPhone 11 model through a USB cable to the HD and are able to use CarPlay to make and receive audio phone calls thought the system daw wireless headset ?
Is there another place to get this file ? It’s asking for a login. Have a 2020 Street Glide and the service department is telling me they can no longer flash the Boom headunit to set the unit to WHIM - Enabled
Same issue here. Wife's 10s works just fine. Same version of iOS. I should have waited before upgrading. I will never learn!
Your right!! I had not thought about that if you turn that off it doesn't automatically start Apple Car Play. At least that allows us to keep the phone charged while we wait for a fix.

Harely released a new update for the GTS M20.19.39.00, just loaded it and tested and the phone still doesn't work on Apple Car Play. Same issue as before. What a let down.
event after updating to iOS 13.3.1. the call audio through CarPlay and wired connection to HD GTS Boombox does not work

ok it is now march 1st have you heard something yet boy this is hard to deal with as i take cross country road trips have a15 day one coming up. be nice to have phone again with car play. thanks

Anybody tried the new update v. iOS 13.4 with CarPlay yet?
I loaded it but haven't had a chance to try the Boom Box yet. I will test it later on today. I would not find anything about this on the bug fixes so I don't have much hope that it will fix it.
I am installing the update now and will test shortly.
Ugh! ios 13.4 still no phone sound with IPhone 11 through headset via CarPlay.
