I tried with Car Play and my results were exactly the same as yours. Siri worked fine thru Car Play though but phone calls still a No-Go. 😕. At least Blue Tooth connected calling is working now, one down and one to go. 🤞

For iOS update 3.3, this work around works, so you can make phone calls etc. Go to settings on the boom GTS, uncheck mirroring. Now plug your phone into the radio. You can now make calls, etc. Everything will be through the boom GTS software, instead of Car Play. Car play still does NOT work for phone calls.

At least we can make phone calls now. Sucks not to have car play! I have a feeling its going to be a long wait to apple to fix this.

About the same situation I had trying to get the issue resolved. They copied diagnostics from my phone, sent photos of the GTS settings and also did much of the same with HD customer service. I did read today that Android systems will be able to connect next year and possibly as early as this summer. Still hoping for a fix to this issue that we have had for almost 6 months now. I definately would have waited to upgrade from my 6s to the 11 if I had known it would not work right with the system. Still puzzles me that it works fine in our 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I even offered to be a beta tester if they have a fix. I also asked the Harley Rep. why can’t HD borrow or obtain an iPhone 11 and figure the problem out.

I did the same again on Friday, I even escalated it through Sprint since I bought my iPhone from them I was told I would hear back from someone from support on Sunday and never heard from anyone. I just don't think they give a **** about Car Play not working correctly on our Harley's were to small a group for them to give a ****. Harley needs to provide an upgrade on the Boom Box to allow Android Auto to function so we can toss these Iphones in the dumpster where they belong.

No fix, just tried it and same issue everything works fine but no audio when I use the phone on Car Play. I can make a call using Car Play no audio, unplug the phone from the bike while still on the call it switches to blue tooth I have audio. I guess they just don't give **** about us Harley Owners. Good news Harley is coming out with an update that will allow Android Auto to work on the Boom Box GTS this summer so were not stuck using iPhone anymore.

same problem here. On iPhone X max. No phone. Works fine Thru Bluetooth if you don’t have phone plugged in. As soon as it’s plugged into Apple car play can call but no audio on speakers or headset. Works fine on text.

They just released an update 13.3.1 don't rush to load it, I just loaded and tested it and it doesn't fix the no audio problem on the phone using apple car play on the Boom Box GTS.

I haven’t heard a word there supposed to call me Tuesday with an update. If they give me any news worth sharing I will update the thread.

Just download to a thumb drive and then to motorcycle. It should automatically detect and Ask u to download. Click yes. So glad this is finally fixed.
