Anyone not receiving in app purchase receipts from Apple?

I am having to same problem, I no longer get receipts from Apple. Is there a way to restart the sending of these necessary receipts? Apple please help! It should be resolved by now.

I thought I was missing something or losing it as well. I just googled this and found this thread and feel so much better knowing it’s not just me.

Very frustrating. I use to get an email receipt for iCloud storage. I am working 30 minutes now trying to find it. I may go to Dropbox for storage.

MY QUESTION ALSO! Suddenly just stopped getting into email.

Same here! October 15th, 2019 was the last receipt I received. Has anyone found a fix?

I started receiving receipts yesterday for new recurring charges. Have not received any of the backlogged receipts.

This morning received my first receipt since October. Was for an in app purchase from yesterday or day before. Keep ’em coming...

Got receipt through email. Much easier than trying to go through the hoops online. Thanks Apple. I need them for expense reimbursements.

I’ve gotten my last four receipts for in app purchases. Seems consistent. Resolved.

I just got my first automatic receipt in over 3 months, they seem to have solved the problem they didn’t know about, at last.

Definitely not there last week when I canceled one of my subscriptions. I found it turned on.

Turned on for my iPhone & wasn’t there before. Who wants no receipt for credit card purchase with Apple subscriptions? This how they fixed the problem add with no announcements?

Same problem. It started around the end of October since the last automated email receipt I received was October 17th. If I resend the email receipt it shows up in my Inbox immediately.

This is also affecting iCloud storage purchase receipts, which as far as I can tell, there is no way to resend. Maybe that’s because I use a different Apple ID for iTunes and iCloud, but the issue is affecting both Apple IDs.

i contacted support and they were able to resend my iCloud purchase receipt. They also told me this is a known issue, but when I asked a few people if they were having this problem, they said no. I guess it’s affecting some, but no all.
