AirPods Pro Rattling Noise

I've had my right airpod pro replaced 5 times now. Just clearedy throat and guess what... Here comes ticket #6. Thinking about just getting my money back and getting some decent wireless buds. Too bad Bragi sold The Dash... Those were awesome.

I had the same 5 months after purchase, apple replaced them both. Now the new ones have done the same 1 month out of warranty. I’m having to battle the original point of purchase for a replacement/refund under UK consumer law... watch out people.

Me too! I had this problem and since i had the one year warranty apple switched out both airpods and airpods case after finding out the issue was not solved. I’ve has these new ones i think for almost 2-3 months now same problem happened. It feels like something is loose inside the airpod itself. I paid almost $270 for these airpods and for them to be doing this even as new ones.. man I’m actually mad about it. And i dont want to contact apple support because all they would do is replace it and after couple of months same problem all over again..! I am seriously thinking of just moving on to android, if apple products are gonna have an issue for the amount of money we pay we have to go through extra amount of headache on top of that!

Same here, mine started rattling 2 months after having them in my left AirPod pro. It’s been really annoying and I’ve had my AirPods for almost a year now just don’t have the 89$ to replace it and I didn’t want to call and have a fee so I’ve just been dealing with them. It’s been awfully annoying. It dulls when turning off transparency mode or noise cancellation but the rattling is still there. I’ve been just using my right AirPod and rarely both of them which is sad since both of them is better. But not moving was okay now it’s without moving it rattles. I changed the bud sizes and settings but I figured it was a internal problem. Been meaning to take mine in with a appointment but the replacement fee is going to really hurt with all the bills I currently have at the moment.

you can take them to apple or call apple and let them know. They will have to change it for you with no fee. This is what they told me.. “ if they get the rattles 100 times we change them 100 times” try giving them a call and see what happens

I received my replacement yesterday and so far, no more rattling. I'd recommend anyone experiencing this behavior to go though chat support. They had my replacement to me within 2 days.

For future reference, if your product is still within warranty, Apple provides the postage! All you have to worry about is packaging material.

Same here, also the left one. Started about two months after purchase.

Just a quick question: for people who ordered replacements, did you order a complete set of replacement AirPods, or just the one? I have a skin on my case and would prefer not to buy a new one
