Logic Pro X keeps crashing after Catalina update

Every time I delete a track on Logic Pro X the whole thing crashes and I have to force quit and reopen. How can I fix this/when will they update the app or the OS?

The important part is at 2:05 basically all you have to do is open a project click File -> Save As... -> Select "Folder" instead of "Package" -> then Save. After this I was finally able to delete tracks and audio files without Logic crashing.

Hope this helps!

Thank you kerochan

FYI the Kext deletions did not work although I’m going to look into that more and study the crash logs more closely.

the system also crashes running the NI Maschine software as a standalone.

I’d been looking into a fully loaded new Mac mini curious if anyone has had success with that. Obviously a new purchase is not an ideal solution.
