Hi, webpages in safari keep crashing saying " a problem repeatedly occurred with xx page" "RELOAD WEBPAGES" any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Update i just ended up erasing drive and reinstalling op system again and manually re adding my data not via time machine and problem disappeared

so I think the problem was an error that took place during previous reinstall op system

Tried with no luck: Cleared caches, history. Disabled extensions. Deleted cache files (for WebKit & Safari).

What works: Logging in as a clean user. So there's some conflict with latest security updates and something in Safari at the user-level.

The re-installing of Safari 13.1 solved this issue.

I have same issue I can get around it by disable java

via develop menu

or

safari preferences/security then reload

this is not a permanent fix but it will let u interact with the site your trying too

this only happened after I just wiped my drive and re-instaled op system on imac

1. Backup the computer

2.Reinstall macOS from Recovery.

Having the same issue.

Disabling JavaScript made this issue go away, but websites are unusable without JavaScript.

Disable java is a permanent fix, not help for me

I had to install Google Chrome.
