"Safari 13.1 reloading ' a problem repeatedly occurred': After I downloaded the recent update, Safari keeps crashing & reloading every few seconds, completely useless now, the same thing happening on my iPad. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting including clearing the cache, cookies, websites content, plist files, etc. nothing is working. Has anyone had the same issue & was able to fix it?"

A Few Thoughts:
What site are you exactly visiting? If it is popping up as the Home Page, then visit another site. If that does not work, then try a third site. It may be something on the site's end. If you are using the same computer, then you are obviously connected, and can get online.
- Different Browser & Different Computer:
Download a different browser (Mozilla Firefox), on a different Map/PC. and then install it to a flash drive. Once installed, use the new browser on this Mac.
- Try Using a Private Window:
Go to: File menu > Click: New Private Window. See if the Web sites now open. If so, then it is something misconfigured in Safari.
Hold Down the Shift Key upon boot. While in Safe Mode, items only open up at their minimum capabilities, with most - if not all - preferences set aside. So, try Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, clear all of these Temporary Internet Files. Next, boot back up, logging in as normaly. See if it now works.
