403 Forbidden Error Page

Whenever I try to press the 'Contact Support' links on the Apple Support page or any link associated with contacting Apple for support, it leads me to another tab with the message:

I have seen countless others on Apple Discussions that have had these problems, but none of their possible solutions worked for me.

Is this a server issue that I just have to wait to be fixed or was I blocked for some reason from entering the page?

I don't understand why this is happening because only the same morning that it happened, it was working fine and I could enter the pages as normal.

I can't even contact Apple Support on this matter because I can't access the page.

I just tried it again (but I didn't go on the website for about a month) and it still gives me the message. Also, I don't have any parental controls because I am the administrator. I also made a new administrator and it had the same problem.

I think Coronavirus is taking over the broadband. I'm not sure why I have an error only on that part of Apple rather than anywhere else on other websites.

It's not like it makes you call Apple straight away which has network issues. There is normally other pages that don't involve much networking like describing your issue, etc.
