I have an Iphone 7 and I think it's camera always on.
Somebody hacked me?

Please read the rest of the thread to understand what is being said. The light you see is the face detector (proximity detector) that turns off the screen when you hold the phone to your face while on a call.

Yes they do. You can’t see it with your eyes, only with a camera that is sensitive to IR.
