The audio on FaceTime has been cutting out at my end and person I am speaking to for longer than a month. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, Software Version 13.5.1, AT&T, I have restored this phone as new within last 2 months, never had a Beta software on phone. My feeling is that this has happened after one of the last few updates to software and it seems after Covid, not sure that makes a difference. Help.

I’ve had a FaceTime and regular phone call issue with my iPhone SE 2020 and my gf’s iPhone 11. I’m in NJ and she’s in FL. They need to overhaul FaceTime servers or something. I’ve had my wireless cellular service troubleshooting done my home internet troubleshooting done. Replaced everything including my phone for a new handset of the phone. It has to be Apple servers and or FaceTime software on the phones
I have a case open with Apple with this same issue for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It’s with engineers and they are starting to get more reports of the same issue so they are finally starting to take it seriously. Hopefully there will be a resolution soon. My case has been open for almost 6 months now..
Apple really needs to fix this issue. It is absolutely a noise cancelling issue that should not exist. I have only started experiencing it after upgrading to the iphone 11 pro max. How do we get them to fix this!??!
Cut outs happen when on FaceTime with T-Mobile as well.

I am having the same problem and just bought this phone a week ago. I am getting so frustrated!!! I am Verizon so I have a feeling it’s something with Apple. Getting tired of this after a week.
They are aware of it, they monitor this site closely. At some point it will get fixed, I’m still having same issue.
I would assume they are aware of it, I'm just being told by their senior support agents that they are not.... Hopefully they will fix it at some point.
I would speak to a senior support agent and get it reported. Then maybe I will make another call as mine has gotten worse again
Mine has never stopped, still doing it all the time.
I’d suggest trying Bluetooth cycling but also reach out to a senior support agent. Get it reported!

I was able to get an exchange for a new device since I hadn’t had mine a month yet. The issue continues.
I don’t believe this problem is in the device itself it seems more like a software issue. This has been going on a long time & over many updates.
Are you using earphones? I’m not using earphones, my problems are straight from the phone on both ends going through phone speakers.
Are you saying that it works perfect If you use earbuds? If so that would seem to mean it’s in the speaker of the phone.
