iPhone SE 2020 battery health

I use an 18W charger, bought it August 2020 and at 94% battery health.

The solution has always been under your control:

Charge the device when not in use. The battery can't drain when charging.

My battery health is now at 96%. Got my SE last November. So it seems like there is a 1% drop in battery health every month???? I doubt if this phone will last for 2 years.

My SE 2020 is just 6months old, and the battery health has gone down to 88%. I havent placed my phone in any of the extreme temperatures (as the portal says). This is highly disappointing.

I bought my SE2020 on 15 oct 2020 and very moderate use like Instagram and whatsapp youtube only, with in less than six months battery health is down to 90%. Highly disappointed.

I got my iPhone se 2020 around the beginning of 2021 and not even 5 months my battery health is down to 95% and battery life is terrible. It doesn’t last as long as it was on 96%

Mine is at 90% after 8 months. Much faster deterioration than previous phones.

My iPhone SE 2020 is 361 days old and the battery health Maximum Capacity is at 89%. This does not seem right to me and will be out of warranty in 4 days.

I am using iphone SE 2nd generation from October 2020. Within 4-5 months battery health has turned into 94% and now it is turn into 91% .

That's long compared to mine! Mine's down to 88% in 5 months.

Idk why everyone blabbers about battery health. They deteriorate over time as because they are lithium batteries. If you wanted longer battery life, just buy a higher end smartphone. People be getting head over heels on battery health nowadays.

Why don’t you stay out of this “QuickTimeKirk” it’s not your problem, because you are boasting about your iPhone X obviously you don’t have an SE. So why don’t you go out and buy an SE then when you realize how bad the battery is come back.

Nothing in your rant is true.

At 97% health is not a reason to use low power mode. That feature is when your device charge has dropped to under 30%.

Your device can last all day with just 80% health. It needs to have a full charge to last all day.

iPhone batteries are some of the best in the world. Apple "bin picks" to get the best ones from the makers.

If you waited till your phone got to 80% you would have to keep it connected to a external battery because a fully charged 80% battery wouldn’t make it even a half of a day. The question that everyone is asking is why a new phone’s battery health is less than 100%.
