Since the last iOS update - my calendar refuses to show information. Each time I try to open it - it says No Invitations and will not let me see anything else.

The master copy of the calendar data is on the mail server associated with the online calendar. Each time you open the calendar it reads the server checking for updates. So the speed of your internet connection and the speed of the server contribute to the time needed to refresh the calendar.

I tend to disagree as there is a local cache of all calendar entries and even if you are in airplane mode the app is not responding the same as it did prior to 15.1 upgrade. All the same calendars and same volume of entries existed over time. This is a new issue vs. always existing. There is definately an issue, I am seeing a large number of people posting the same thing.

Hopefully a patch will be released soon.

I am having the same issue and there isn’t a “done” option anywhere on the screen. It is simply blank except for the statement “no invitation”

No response. I tried to contact Apple support several times. It is crucial limit....

Two options - use Calendars - good alternative - or use Android, when they Apple gives a **** about their clients.

Deleting the calendar seems to work but it still keeps recurring. Extremely annoying!!!!

Please read the other messages in the thread you posted to, and if you don’t find a solution there please describe what you have done and the result.

FYI, the Calendar productivity is only 3/5 stars. I'm going to try a different one with higher ratings. Structured - Day Planner has 4.8/5 stars...

Same exact thing happening to me. I’ve never posted on this forum before but I’m hoping this becomes a clear trend soon so someone from apple tells us how to fix. Being unable to see calendar is tough. And it happens, I turned off/on, happened again. Etc

Same thing happening here. I turn my phone on/off and the calendar reappears only for a short period and reverts back to NO INVITATIONS. I rely heavily on my calendar on my iPhone. Strange, not happening on my iPad though.

I’m having the same issue and it is really frustrating!! I missed my child’s parents evening because I’m not able to check my calendar. Has anyone else got any suggestions for a fix? I tried the sync suggestion above and it didn’t work for me at all!

I visited Apple store and they said they can’t do anything. They advised me to put a comment on the Apple Feedback site which of course I did - weeks ago and still no response. It is the first time I have ever been thoroughly disappointed to own an Apple device after having been a loyal purchaser since they first produced mobiles.

. Apples lack of respect for their loyal supporters is such a shock. All the clapping and cheering and celebration when you make an Apple purchase now means nothing when their care factor for a problem of their creation they are just ignoring. Perhaps reluctantly it is time to consider alternate brand.

Hey Apple is anyone interested in this problem? I have it too. My calendar seems to be behaving for now but every so often I get this ‘no invitations’ notice and nothing else. Having to reset the sync and close everything down and wait a while with fingers crossed just doesn’t feel like an Apple-standard fix

My iPhone 11 Max Pro running iOS 14.5.1 daily (and unpredictably) won't open Calendar ... all it states is "No Invitations" ... there is no "DONE" button to push. The screen is simply frozen in white and the only way to open is to reboot the iPhone ... not something that one wants to do when you need to review your Calendar in a hurry. I have gone into Settings and changed the "Sync" function from "All Events" to about every permutation. It then works for a period of time (a minute to an hour?) and then reverts to the dreaded "No Invitations" screen (still without a "DONE" button) and I'm back to turning off / on the iPhone in order to open Calendar ... yet again for an indeterminant period of time before it defaults to "No Invitations." Can anyone please help .... Where's Apple on all this? Thanks.

When I go into my calendar - on the top left hand - it states back not the month I'm in. When I scroll thru my calendar only certain months show up but mostly its says back. Very frustrating bc I have to go back and check on my clients schedules.
