I set up my new device, and my notification settings are turned on and the same as my previous phone, but I am not getting notifications on the new device. My old device, connected to Wi-Fi, is getting notifications. Again the settings I checked and they are all the same on both devices.
Can someone please help me to get my notifications?

Ok, update! So as I've opened each app, I've started to get notifications for those apps. That seems to be the trick for me. I have my old phone next to the new phone. When I get a notification on my old phone and not the new phone, I open the app on the new phone. Usually it asks me to sign in and that's what's holding up the notifications (maybe).
Yep, I’ve just updated to iOS 14.2 and I am now getting all my notifications.
Same thing happened to me on a pro Max. I had to reset my phone’s network settings, and then I finally started receiving notifications again.
I had to delete and reinstall a few apps and then notifications worked
Do you still currently have your old phone? If so turn it on and then see if it pops up under notifications… Also if you haven’t deleted all of your data off it yet leave it on and see if the notifications go to both phones or just your old phone
My iPhone 12 pro had the same issue of not sending or receiving text messages. I had just updated it "transferring" from iPhone 6. Nothing Apple recommended helped until a friend told me that I had to transfer the chip from the old phone to the new one. WOW, how come the instruction that came for the iPhone 12 never pointed this out. Really annoying!
The only way I could fix this was by resetting my phone and at the time of doing the backup, not transferring the data from the apps, when I started it, I downloaded all the apps again and everything worked normally.
I had the same issue. This solved the problem for me:
I tried to delete an app and installing it again. That works. But I hope there is another solution so I don't need to reinstall all of them. However it is also kind of nice to get rid of all those notifications :D
I have been having the same problem since getting my new 12 mini. Tonight after reading through some of the replies I tried logging out and then logging into the Sell on Etsy app. I am now receiving notifications for that app. Relieved and hoping it works for some of the others.
I believe the problem is your old phone is still on your Apple ID and receiving notifications so this is why the new phone isn't receiving them or all of them. Remove the old phone from your Apple ID and wala ... you're in business.

Try opening the app, then see if it starts working. Mine did!!!!!
I found it in my text, if the name has a half moo, it means it’s muted. Swipe left at the right of there name and unmute them. 👍👍
I had the same experience. But after I turned off Bluetooth, it seems like the issue has disappeared!!!
I had the same issue but I have deleted the application which is not giving notificationS then reinstall it again.
